To influence, motivate and cultivate a positive state of health and well-being by immersing ourselves in the present moment with various offerings - one individual, one activity at a time.
We focus on sustainable creativity and are advocates for building knowledge, skills and abilities. A place to learn, experience, grow, express, connect and thrive, but most of all: to TRY. By trying new things we improve our awareness, intelligence and wisdom. We expand our minds and learn more about said things and about ourselves.
An open minded, positive, and relaxed environment will be provided. Honoring the idea of small inclusion, class sizes are limited allowing for what you experience to best be achieved.
We encourage you to register early because of the limited class sizes.
